Denver 1/2 Marathon and Marathon Relay

This morning we woke up @ 5am to drive downtown to run in the Denver Marathon! Adriane was running her first 1/2 marathon with a couple of friends from her mom's group and I participated in the marathon relay with some friends from work. Everybody did better than expected and I know Adriane and I are ready to take some time off from running!

These girls all finished in the top 30% of the 3,800 half-marathoners, averaging less than 9 minute miles!

Our team finished 58th out of 290, even with a 10 minute wait between one of the handoffs.
