A White, First Christmas...

In prior years for Christmas, we have either been in Colorado Springs with Adriane's family, or in Ohio or Connecticut with Jamie's family. With both families over 500 miles away this year, we wanted to post pictures as soon as possible. We may even do more than one posting today!

As always, Adriane and I were very excited for Christmas Morning. Adriane awoke me at 6 am with, "I think we should open our stockings before we wake Olivia up!" I was out of bed and grabbing the stockings that Santa hung from our door before she could even complete the sentence. Once we finished, we went into Olivia's room and woke her up with her stocking surprises:

Next, it was time to head downstairs and see what was left under the tree. A major surprise to all of us was right outside the window: IT WAS SNOWING!!! This also gave us a chance to try out our first Christmas gift (a new camera).

After being sidetracked by the snow, we made our way back to the tree and opened presents.
